The Healing Matrixx would like to invite you to Max Meditation Mondays beginning June 14th. Each evening of relaxation will begin at 630pm and run for approximately 60-90 minutes.
Meditation has been around since the beginning of human existence and is a natural and normal experience.
Max Meditation is a system based on 5 components of meditation: relaxation, passive meditation, active zmeditation, guided visualization and soothing down…..it’s meditation, pure & simple.
